The easiest way is to add the npc sim to your family, enter the cheat sims.modify_career_outfit_in_cas with the desired sim selected, edit their work outfit,. You can alter their entire appearance and not just their work outfits. If you’re using the mac and cmb, then cmb, shift, and c is the best combination you need.
